Guest must check-in at the clubhouse to receive parking pass.
- Indoor Heated Pool with Kiddie Pool (located at 147 Duck Landing Ln. 252-261-8177. Clubhouse Hours: (Mem-Labor Day) 8:30am-4:30pm; (Off-season) 9:00am-3:00pm. Open year-round.No lifeguard.

Duck Landing Amenities
- Beach Access (located at the Oceanfront at the end of Duck Landing Ln.
- Trash and Recycling Can Roll-Back Service: A trash can service provider will both roll out and roll back the trash and recycle cans. (Monday & Friday-May-September - Please do not to block access to the cans).
Duck Landing Community Restrictions
- On-street parking is not permitted.
- No boat, boat trailer, other trailers, camper recreational vehicle, utility vehicle, or truck may be parked overnight unless it can be enclosed within a carport or garage.
- Campers, travel trailers, trucks, self-propelled mobile homes and other vehicles of that nature may NOT at any time be used as a temporary or permanent residence.
- Tents are NOT permitted within 50 ft. on either side of the beach access.
- Items left on the beach or under/on walkways to beach after sunset are subject to confiscation. Please take all beach gear back to your rental each night.
