Your family will love this clean and refreshed Coastal Cottage located close to the beach between the highways in Kill Devil Hills with beautiful ocean views! Very short walk to the beach! Book early, once you enjoy your stay you will want to return.

Ground Level: Exterior amenities include a covered carport with 6 person hot tub for relaxing, enjoy the shade and cool breezes and the outside shower. Large picnic table for convenience for those meals cooked on the gas grill. Renters storage closet which contains additional beach chairs, sand toys and beach cart. Entry Level. Inside you'll find a King Master Bedroom with TV and private bathroom. Laundry area with full size washer and dryer. Access to back and front decks.

Mid Level: Large open floor plan for family and friends to gather with a well-equipped kitchen with breakfast bar seating 3 and dining table seating for 6. King Master Bedroom with TV, private bathroom with double sinks, full tub and shower and access to the back deck and crows nest with ocean views. Second King Bedroom with TV, Bedroom with 2 Singles and a full hall bathroom with shower and tub. All bedrooms with ceiling fans. Back deck with heat resistant, poly-design high-top dining table to enjoy your mornings and evenings with family and friends.

Top Level: Roof-top crow's nest deck with 2 heat resistant poly-design bar height chairs with cocktail table to enhance your ocean views over the balcony and park your favorite beverage of choice!

Extras: Hot Tub, 4 TVs, gas grill, wireless high speed internet, outside shower, crow's nest deck with ocean views, carport/decks with Adirondack chairs and linens and towels provided. No Smoking. No Pets. Full week rentals only. House Address: 3313 Raymond Ave. Beds: 3 Kings, 2 Singles. Distance to Beach: 835'. Key Type: Keyless entry. CHECK IN LOCATION: 3719 N. Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

Gas fireplace is not available for guest use.

Booking: After booking, you will receive an email with instructions to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your online payment within 3 days, to avoid cancellation. During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. We offer optional travel insurance as well as other optional fees that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. *Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 3 days to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.

A great home for 7 or 8! We stayed with 7 adults, and there was plenty of space. The walk to the beach is short, and the wagon provided to bring stuff down to the beach was very convenient. The kitchen is well stocked with everything we needed to cook, and grill. The only downside to the kitchen was that there is no pantry..just a little cupboard space. The crows nest was great for early am views of the ocean, and the rocking chairs on the front deck are great shaded spots in the morning as well. My adult kids love the proximity to all the activities of the southern shores, and we love that it is still a relatively quiet neighborhood, and really easy to get to once you cross the bridge!

This is a beautiful home within close proximity to the beach and shops/restaurants. We really enjoyed the hot tub and the crow's nest. Overall, very nice property. Thank you for sharing your house with our family. It was beautifully decorated and well maintained. We enjoyed our stay and made some great memories!

This is a great location to walk to the beach and local to stores, restaurants etc. Very nice lay out and the hot tub was fun for our kids! The decks are great for morning coffee and evening sunsets. It is on a quiet street and this house has all of your needs. If the beds were a little more comfortable, this would be a 5 star rating. Everyone was great to work with.

This home was great for the 4 adults in our party. We loved the king size beds,the comfortable couch,the big dining table,the hot tub and the multiple decks.The walk to the beach was not that bad if you do not mind a few extra steps. We did not mind the walk at all.

This home exceeded my expectations. It is very close to the beach. The patio under the home always has a cool breeze. It is a very quiet area. The beds are firm. The sectional in the living room is very comfortable and the kitchen is great. It also has an icemaker.

We chose this house because it it looked nicely updated, it had a hot tub, and because of its proximity to the ocean. We were able to hear the ocean at night, even with the doors and windows closed! The crows nest was a bonus. Although it was just the 2 of us, loved that there were 2 king size master suites and consider this a great feature for couples or extended families. Great house which we would rent again.

My family and I stayed at the Coastal Cottage last week for our first time in OBX. We had plenty of room as the house was spacious and were satisfied that everything was well maintained. There was everything we needed from the grill and hot tub for a night in, to the large sofa and balconies when we just wanted to lounge. Great time, and I would definitely recommend this property.
