Inside you’ll find a Queen Bedroom with a flat-screen TV/DVD and deck access, Bedroom with 2 DouBunks, Day Bed, Trundle and TV/DVD/VCR and a full hall bath with pool deck access. Rec room with large flat-screen TV/DVD, foosball table, wet bar with sink, microwave and mini-refrigerator and a pub table seating 4. Laundry room with washer, dryer and large utility sink.

Mid Level: King Master Bedroom with flat-screen TV/DVD, deck access and a private bathroom with whirlpool tub. Queen Bedroom with a flat-screen TV/DVD and deck access shares a full bathroom with a Bedroom with 2 Singles, flat-screen TV/DVD and deck access. Den/Office with a flat-screen TV, Queen Sleep Sofa and a desk. King Master Bedroom with flat-screen TV, deck access and a private bathroom. On the deck is a sunken hot tub.

Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

Beach Cabana Service: 4 chairs and 1 umbrellas will be set up Monday- Friday at this homes private beach access. Look for your beach set up, weather permitting, from 10 am-5 pm, Monday through Friday, 6/27/25 - 8/21/25. Umbrellas and chairs may not be set up on extremely windy or rainy days.

Special Event Details: This home offers Special Event accommodations for your Outer Banks Wedding or special event allowing up to 75 guests to attend your event. This home may only be over-occupied during the event date and the event times listed on the Special Events Request Form and Lease Addendum required to be signed and returned with your Lease Agreement. Tents and canopies can’t be placed anywhere on the premises without permission from Brindley Beach Vacations. (unless otherwise advertised). Every Special Event reservation will have 2 additional fees that are further explained on the Special Events Request form and Lease Addendum: (1) Event Security Deposit: $1500, this security deposit is refundable pending no damage is done to the home during your vacation lease period. The security deposit will be used to pay for carpet cleaning if needed after the event, or any other damages done to the home during your vacation lease period/event. (2) Event Fee: $1000, the event fee is a mandatory fee paid in addition to the rental rate on all special event reservations.

Kilmarlic Golf Club Member. This program offers guests a variety of activities that include discounted golf access, wild horse tours, golf lessons and clinics, and shuttle service to the club from your rental home. The K Club will also have a full time concierge to assist in planning your activities. Booking: After booking, you will receive an email with instructions to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your online payment within 3 days, to avoid cancellation. During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. We offer optional travel insurance as well as other optional fees that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. *Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 3 days to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.

The home is in a wonderful location. There is plenty of room too spread out. The kitchen has lots of space for cooks with 2 stoves. Main draw back is only one side by side refrigerator that can not accommodate storage for the number of people the house can sleep.
