Guest review - regarding wes

We had a car key issue during our stay that required our car to be towed to the nearest infinity dealership in Chesapeake, VA. We could not get a car service, Uber, Lyft or rental on Saturday to get my husband to the dealership to pick up our car….as a last resort, I called BB to see if they had any other options they could recommend. Well, Wes went above and beyond for us making calls, researching places, keeping in touch with me with options and checking our status. Ultimately the dealer was able to tow the car back to us, but Wes was amazing, kind and helpful and the reason we will continue renting from BB. You can get a great house from any agency, but it’s the customer service that makes BB a cut above the rest!! Thank you again Wes!
