Exterior amenities include a concrete parking area with direct exterior elevator access from the driveway to all levels, a fully gated private pool (14 x 34), hot tub, outside shower, picnic table, grilling area with gas grill and park-style charcoal grill and a shared sand path beach walkway. Inside you'll find elevator access to all levels, a rec room with a flat-screen TV, pool table, foosball table, 2 mini-refrigerators, pool deck access, and a handicap-friendly bathroom with 36" doorway for a clear width of 34.5", roll-under sink and shower with seat and heavy-duty grab bar. Linens and towels are provided all year. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made except for sleep sofas, top bunks, and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom, and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

Booking: During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. After booking, you will receive an email to sign your lease agreement and make your advance payment electronically. You will have 3 days to sign your lease agreement and pay your advance deposit to avoid cancellation. We offer optional travel insurance that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 72 hours to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.

The home is so spacious and well kept, they thought of everything that you would need for a fun and relaxing vacation. The views are beautiful, the hot tub relaxing and the beach so nice and secluded. You can’t beat the off-season for having this slice of heaven to yourself! Oh, and the sunsets are amazing!!!

This well-designed house is built for disconnecting from the world and spending time with friends and family. There are great views of the ocean and sunrises from the balconies. If you want a break from the beach- the pool, hot tub, pool table, and foosball table are lots of fun.

A beautiful home on the oceanfront. It was very nice and comfortable for my large family. During the day my children and grandchildren enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and walks on the beach. In the evening we enjoyed playing pool and foosball. Very nice!

My family and I have been coming to the Outer Banks since my children were infants - now that they are grown this was the first visit with grandchildren. This property is separated into many levels which allows family groups to comfortably have their own areas. While there are many steps, there is also a convenient elevator that helps everyone - especially grandparents - easily get from floor to floor. The installed gate at the top of the stairs where the combined living are is located was strong and very much appreciated. We typically have stayed oceanside over the years and because of my children when they were younger, or now with grandchildren, a pool is a necessity. This pool was bigger than most we have seen and had plenty of deck space - and safety gates to keep children from getting to the pool area. Ample outside, private dressing area off of pool deck was convenient and a lower rec area with a pool table and "foosball" table were a hit with everyone with the same-level restroom. Unlike many beds we have experienced, these were very comfortable. We ran short of towels and washcloths - the young man at the nearby rental office was extremely friendly and provided everything we needed plus some - also much appreciated. Even with Hurricane Lee in the distance, this house provided more than ample space and amenities to keep a large group happy.
