Ground Level: This vacation rental offers an array of exceptional amenities to enhance your stay! The exterior features a spacious driveway with convenient access to the indoor elevator, along with a carport perfect for storing beach gear. The outdoor grilling area includes both a gas grill and a park-style charcoal grill. Enjoy the fully gated, solar-heated private pool area, complete with a relaxing hot tub, durable Built-to-Last furniture, two outdoor showers, a fish cleaning station, and a picnic table for outdoor dining. Linens and towels are provided all year. This home will provide sheets for all beds, and the beds will be made except for sleep sofas, top bunks, and trundle beds, in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom, and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

Booking: During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. After booking, you will receive an email to sign your lease agreement and make your advance payment electronically. You will have 3 days to sign your lease agreement and pay your advance deposit to avoid cancellation. We offer optional travel insurance that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 72 hours to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.

This was our second time staying here, we love the location and the house was big enough for our entire family. Had one small problem but Brindley Beach had there maintenance man there in just a couple hours. Always happy with their service. Would definitely stay there again.

Nice beach house within walking distance to the beach. Kitchen is well equipped with pots, pans and dishes. Several appliances were not working while we were there (one of the dishwashers and the stand alone ice machine). House, overall, needs some TLC but we had a great time with the family.

Very nice beach house, we had 12 adults and 5 children and more than enough space. Short walk to beach, beach, access right in front of house. Nice size pool and hot tub. Kitchen is very well supplied with everything you will need. We do all of our meals there. Plenty of stores near by if you need something. We have been going every year for 35 years. Salvo still has the old Outer Banks feel. Always satisfied with Brindley Beach, house was clean and ready on time. Would definitely rent this home again. Thanks

This was our first time in 45 years staying in the south OBX and we loved Salvo! It reminded us of early years in Whalehead or Corolla when the stores were quaint and the beaches were not crowded. The house was wonderful. We especially loved all of the new flooring and the elevator was so helpful for grandparents. The house is nicely appointed and well laid out with a beautiful view of the sound and the sea.
