With direct beach access at your doorstep, you are steps away from the beach for a day full of fun in the sand and sun. Ocean Dream has an elevator with access to all levels from the ground floor making this home handicap friendly. This beautiful home will be sure to impress everyone, even your 4-legged friend!

Ground Level: Ground Level Amenities include a spacious fenced-in yard with a private pool and built-in kiddie pool, fire pit, hot tub, tiki bar, outdoor shower, and a carport and massive driveway that accommodates up to 8 vehicles. Through the carport, you will find access to the elevator, private saltwater pool, and hot tub. Head inside to find a theater room, a game room, a kitchenette, a video gaming area, a half bathroom, a bedroom, and ample deck access that leads to the backyard. The game room is equipped with an 8-foot pool table, flat-screen TV, high-top table, access to a half bathroom, and a wet bar with a full refrigerator and microwave. Relax after a day in the sun with a movie in the theater room equipped with real theater seats and a home theater system with an 85-inch TV. You will find the video gaming room perfect for the gamer in your group! Please note that gaming systems are not provided, but hookups for your own system are accessible. Through the hallway is Bedroom #1, featuring a King bed, an ensuite full bathroom, deck access, and an attached room with a Pyramid Bunk Bed (Twin over Full).

Mid Level: On the middle level you will find four spacious bedrooms all with ensuite full bathrooms, flat-screen cable TVs, and access to covered decks. Bedrooms #2 and #3 are each furnished with a King bed and they are ocean-facing. Bedroom #4 is furnished with a Twin bed and Twin Bunk Bed… perfect for the little ones in the group! Bedroom #5 is disability friendly and is furnished with a King bed and has a village-facing covered deck. The attached bathroom has a roll-in shower and accessible sink. The laundry area is also located on this level with 2 washers and 2 dryers.

Top Level: The top floor features the well-appointed chef’s kitchen, main living and dining areas offering ocean views, a half bathroom, a large bedroom with a massive ensuite bathroom, as well as expansive ocean-facing decks. The living area includes a full entertainment center with a flat-screen TV, DVD player, and a large dining area that seats up to 14. The dreamy kitchen is equipped with all you will need to show off your cooking skills-- plenty of cookware, extensive granite counters, double stainless appliances, and a grand island that seats 6. On this level, you will find an impressive King bedroom with an ensuite full bathroom with a shower and double sinks. Access the ocean-facing sun decks, from the living area, with plenty of seating and a gas grill.

Extras: Private pool with built-in kiddie pool, hot tub, theatre room, game rooms, tiki bar, fire pit, fireplace, 9 TVs, DVDs, elevator, WiFi, gas grill, kitchenette, Keurig, crockpot, air fryer, high chair, sand path beach walkway, outside shower, covered deck, sun deck, deck furniture, and parking for 8 vehicles. No Smoking/Vaping. Dogs Welcome. Distance to Beach Access: Oceanfront. Beds: 5 Kings, 1 DuoBunk (Twin over Full), 1 Twin Bunk Bed, 1 Twin. Key Type: Keyless Entry. Pool Heat is an additional $500 per week.

Linens and towels are provided all year. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made except for sleep sofas, top bunks, and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom, and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

Booking: During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. After booking, you will receive an email to sign your lease agreement and make your advance payment electronically. You will have 3 days to sign your lease agreement and pay your advance deposit to avoid cancellation. We offer optional travel insurance that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 72 hours to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.

Beach Vacation House

This is a great beach house. It is one of the highest in the neighborhood and on the top floor (kitchen,dining,living area) there is a great view of the dunes to ocean, the hood and even see sunsets. The rooms all had private bathrooms. The appliances and kitchen are updated. The pool, pool table and movie room provided evening entertainment. My group of 13 friends barely left the property, except to shop. The local Brindley support was quick to address the few issues we had.

This was the perfect house for our Family of 11. There was plenty of room for everyone. The elevator worked very well which was a big plus.. We did have a little issue with towels ….the washcloths were in bad shape and there were only two dishcloths, but Brinkley quickly fixed that when went by their office.. The walk to the beach can be somewhat challenging but if you use the walkway to the left it much more level.We would have loved to have had a broom and dustpan since we had little children and. lots of cereal.We highly recommend this home for your vacation at the Outer Banks.

Great beach house

Rental team was extremely helpful along the process, leading up to our vacation. Check-in was extremely easy. The house was well equipped for a week at the beach and we thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub, the pool, the pool table, and the theater room. The bedrooms were very large and attached bathrooms for each one. The only comment for everyone to understand is the walk to the beach is a little bit further than it may look like, but very manageable for the majority of our family. Highly recommend this house and this rental company.

Perfect Multi-Family Beach Vacation

This vacation rental was perfect. Check in was super easy, as it is a code so whoever got there first was able to get in and unlock it and we could also lock it up if we all went out, which was nice. The Shore Details website had a great virtual tour, so we were able to figure out rooms ahead of time which was helpful. We had a few questions when we were there, but they were very quick to respond to emails or call to explain things. We had 3 families with 3 teens, 3 four year olds and a 1 year old and we all had a blast, with more than enough room for everyone. The elevator was great for getting food and things up to the top floor, or any floor. You can't beat the views and location. It's on a less busy part of OBX and we arrived late April, so often times had the beach to ourselves. Make sure to print a fire permit before you go, because everyone enjoyed the night we did fire on the beach. We took the teens to Hatteras Watersports and did jet skis, it is within walking distance if you don't want to drive. I highly recommend it for close by adventures. There is also a Dollar General less than 5 min away, which was super convenient for anything we forgot. We knew about the sticker burs from the other reviews, so we just wore sandals if in the grass because they are small so you can't see them until you step on them. We did encounter them in some other places on the way to the beach and things, so it definitely is not only the yard. All and all, my whole group - kids and adults - said it was the best vacation they've ever had.

Had an amazing time with family and friends. Beds and couches super comfortable, views and beaches beautiful. Loved the living and bedroom spaces. Multiple refrigerators and dishwashers - a plus for large groups. A few small notable issues that could use some attention...I mean this is a review right?! Charcoal grill isn’t the best if there is wind or rain, some hot tub jets and outdoor lighting are not up to par. Not sure why the air conditioner condensate pipe would drip in middle of doorway from top floor down to bottom. Overall, pleased with our 'Ocean Dream' vacation. :)

Great Vacation!

The house was great! There were a couple of issues, like the pool lights not working and one of the microwaves didn’t run. Management came and fixed microwave. We didn’t call about the pool lights because we weren’t out there at night. There was plenty of room for all of us. Everyone had their own bathroom. Weather was great. Mosquitoes are plentiful so make sure to bring OFF or citronella candles. Pool could have used a rail for us folks with bad knees. Beach was gorgeous. Elevator came in handy cause there’s 4 floors. Kids all had a great time. Pool was kept up. If it filled with sand, we called the office and they sent out the pool guy. Great home! Great vacation.

Beautiful View and Home!

So, I got this house for my whole family. This home was plentiful for a big family like ours. It exceeded our expectations! The view on the top floor was amazing and where we slept since there is one master up there. I loved eating outside on the table when we cooked dinner. All of the bedrooms had their own bathroom, which was a win for us. We had fun using the pool table. We were able to go get some surfing in. The elevator was great for my grandmother. The hot tub and pool were a huge bonus! My favorite was having a surround sound system built into the top floor part of the house to play music. We used it a lot lol. The outside has a speaker system as well. The mosquitos were definitely insane, but just bring bug spray. The walking distance to the ocean is a bit of a trek, but if you have a wagon to carry everything it's fine. May be hard on elderly folks as it was on my grandmother without a ramp, but she made it. Everyone loved the little cove you go under part on the trail to get to the ocean (if you get this house, you will see what I mean!). I hope they never cut that away honestly. Overall, this home is definitely a 5 star. We loved every minute of it! We would for sure come back to this house. I also forgot to mention I loved how private the neighborhood was. One way in and one way out. The house was tucked away. :)

Lovely place! The place was very nice and clean. Very close to what you see in the pictures. Beds were comfortable. Enjoyed the sunrise each morning with a hot cup of Joe. The walk is not bad to the beach, maybe 2-3 mins. Only thing we had a problem with was the movie/theater room's sound system that did not work. One thing I would suggest is that they leave instructions on how to use/set-up the surround sound for it, as well as have one universal remote for the TV's in the house instead of multiple - just for more user friendly. Other than that one hiccup, the place was a wonderful place to stay with a beautiful location! Will definitely keep in mind for future trips! :)

Outstanding Week!

My wife and I spent the third week of October ’21 at this beautiful beach house with my brothers, sister and their families. It was awesome. It was all good. The house, the hot tub, the pool, the deck, the beach, even the weather! The movie theater and pool table were really nice, but the weather was so nice we spent most of the week outside or on the fourth floor cooking and dining. Really enjoyed the sunrises and full moon from the deck. I don’t think my wife and I turned the TV on all week. It was nice having all those master bedrooms, two refrigerators, two dishwashers, two washers and dryers and the elevator also came in handy!

We had a great time at Farrow Shores. The house was very comfortable for everyone and super clean. The kitchen was well appointed and the layout was perfect for our group. We would definitely stay there again!

Great House for a Big Group!

Everyone can find their own space in this house and was quite clean. Kitchen is well equipped for actually making homemade meals. Even has a crockpot and waffle iron. Theater room was fun and pool table popular. Management was receptive to contact and feedback, but make sure the pool deck drain has been cleared of soil and weeds. We couldn’t help but track mud into the pool because of the overgrowth there.

We went as an adults-only couples family vacation, this home had fabulous views with deer, sunrises and gorgeous ocean views! It was perfect with everyone having their own suite, The kitchen/dining area was made for families to gather, play games, and good food! We even had room for some dancing! One couple in our group stated this was their dream vacation. Even in November, the temps were just right to enjoy a walk on the beach to relax and rejuvenate!

This place is amazing! It feels new and is in an amazing location/proximity to beach. It felt like they have all the amenities you could possibly need and double everything for a large group. The kitchen was surprisingly well-stocked with supplies and equipment. There were many beach and pool toys available, maybe left from previous guests. The decor was warm and on-theme.

Just as we thought it would be. Plenty of room for our family. Elevator is a plus. Large kitchen, dining table and comfortable family room. Kids loved the pool table, adults loved the pool. Watched movies every night in theater room. A little scarce on welcoming amenities for that size property - no soap, hand soap dispensers, only 3 rolls of toilet paper for 8 bathrooms. However, we got by. Loved location, great walk over dunes to a near deserted beautiful beach. Kids are wondering when we’re going back!

The house is gigantically accommodating. The kitchen is a marvel, allowing full view of the gorgeous sunsets on the inward cape side and the equally beautiful sunrises on the ocean side. When you get such magnificent examples of both conditions three days running, you think you're in heaven. The kitchen is thoroughly and well-equipped, the bedrooms are many and spacious, as are the bathrooms, the game room is excellent, and the in-house movie theater -- one for adults and another for small kiddies -- is a master touch. The in-house elevator to all four floors is a life-saver when unloading and loading cars. The swimming pool is just the right size and the shower -- with hot water -- at poolside allows you to return from the beach and quickly shower, then jump in the pool. Fishing supplies are handy on Highway 12 and the Food Lion in Avon is a jewel. We could not have asked for a better more restful place to stay. Five stars-plus.

The Perfect Vacation Home!

My wife and I stayed at Farrow Shores with 4 of our adult daughters and their families in early July 2022. What a home! From the 6 master bedrooms suites, decks everywhere, giant kitchen with two of every appliance, the pool, hot tub, the adult AND kid game room, the pool table, the elevator, and the proximity to the beach (right through the dunes!) - this is a house to be lived and have fun in. Yes, the home shows some wear and tear because it is LIVED IN by the owners and who knows how many families and groups, so you should not have the expectation that it will be brand new. Even so, it was nicely decorated and appointed and so, so comfortable. Large enough to sequester in your bedroom suite or other places in it, yet cozy enough when everyone wanted to be together (surprisingly a lot!). We'd recommend this property wholeheartedly and hope to come back.
