Queen Bedroom with flat-screen TV, Bedroom with a Queen, DuoBunk and flat-screen TV and a semi-private full bathroom (second door from bathroom to living areas). Laundry with washer and dryer.

Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

This property does not provide beach chairs.

Booking: After booking, you will receive an email with instructions to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your online payment within 3 days, to avoid cancellation. During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. We offer optional travel insurance as well as other optional fees that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. *Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 3 days to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.

More space than it looks!

The house looks small, but the space is well used so we never felt crowded with a full house. The house is right across from the beach and our kids made great use of the pool. We slept well in the beds but the AC was a little glitchy, it stopped working but when I opened the little door on the thermostat, it did some sort of reset and it was fine after, this happened twice. We did have some suggestions for the owners. 1, I light on the front porch where the hot tub is would be nice. 2. Rugs! at least a few entryway rugs and a hallway runner. We were constantly battling sand in the house. 3. There was only 1 empty cabinet for us to use for pantry items, a small cabinet or leaving another cabinet empty.I would recommend this place, its comfortable, and the location is perfect.
