This bright and cheery beach house sits in a quiet location that boasts 3 oversized soundside decks to show off remarkable sunset and sound views. This magnificent pet-friendly, 4 bedroom, 4.5-bath, canal-front home with a private boat dock, sound access, private heated pool, hot tub, elevator from ground to all levels, and handicap friendly will take your breath away!

Ground Level: After a full day of playing hard from boating, fishing, and catching crabs off the on-site boat dock, unwind and take a refreshing swim in the pool. Water enthusiasts will love the ramp down to the Pamlico Sound, it's the ideal spot to launch your kayak, paddleboard, or soak up some rays on an oversized raft - fun for all ages and furry friends too! The lockable storage room is perfect for storing all your beach gear and outside toys. The charcoal grill is ready for you to toss on the fresh catch of the day. Take in the beautiful scenery while having dinner at the picnic table. This level also features a large carport area that provides ample room for several vehicles. Rent a golf cart or take a bike ride through the neighborhood, you are within minutes of any convenience that Avon has to offer, from charming local eateries to grocery shopping to entertainment.

First Level: Kids and adults will enjoy this space, it's a comfortable place to have some alone time or socialize with family and friends. A cozy sitting area with a TV, full-sized refrigerator, mini-bar, laundry closet, and two bedrooms with access to the covered soundview deck with a hot tub and outside furniture round out this hot spot. The light-filled King en suite bedroom comes complete with a tiled shower. Also featured on this level, is another bright and breezy King en suite that shares a semi-private bathroom with the sitting area. Step outside and enjoy the bubbling hot tub to soak your tired muscles while soaking in the solitude of nature.

Middle Level: Exiting the elevator you will find two en suite bedrooms that have easy access to the deck. Kids will go crazy over the bedroom that offers two Pyramid Bunk sets (Singles over Doubles) with a TV, a private bath, and a slider that opens to the covered deck. Conveniently located on this level is another beautifully appointed King bedroom with its own attached bath for privacy. Enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning, or a glass of wine in the evening, all while soaking in the oversized Jacuzzi tub. The En suite also features a tiled shower. An additional perk, a slider is located across the hall from the bedrooms that opens to another spacious covered deck.

Top Level: With a welcoming style, the living area invites you to settle in and soak up all the natural light this room has to offer. In this open-concept beach house, the gourmet kitchen beckons fluidly from the living room and allows conversations to flow. The kitchen features counter space galore, thanks to a bar counter where you can prep food, pack a picnic for the beach, or sit and sip your choice of beverage. This is a chef's dream! The dining area is just steps from the kitchen. Up to 10 can gather around the dining table for a feast or do a jigsaw puzzle of Hatteras Island's famous Lighthouse. The sundeck awaits someone wanting to get lost in a good book, take a lazy afternoon nap, or take in all nature has to offer.

You'll want countless family photos to capture every minute of your vacation. You deserve to unplug and relax - you can experience all Hatteras Island has to offer while visiting Crystal Blue Persuasion, your new home away from home!

Linens and towels are provided all year. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made except for sleep sofas, top bunks, and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom, and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

Booking: During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. After booking, you will receive an email to sign your lease agreement and make your advance payment electronically. You will have 3 days to sign your lease agreement and pay your advance deposit to avoid cancellation. We offer optional travel insurance that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 72 hours to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.

Wonderful Canal Front Home

Enjoyed our stay very much. The house was great and very comfortable. We rented the first week in October and the weather held out and we were able to enjoy the heated pool and hot tub. The dock is great for fishing and kayaking. The elevator was a great perk for carrying suitcases and groceries up to the upper levels. Thanks for sharing your lovely home!

We really enjoyed our much needed vacation in this home. We spent a lot of time out on the various sundecks watching the fish jump, kite borders, and the amazing sunsets. Started and ended our days in the nicely heated pool and hot tub. Everything seemed clean. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook up all our local fresh seafood dinners, and was really happy it also had Keruig.. The elevator was a great perk! They also had a selection of games and puzzles that we enjoyed. The dock was great for fishing. We caught a couple fish, and even saw a small stingray one day near the dock. Brindley staff were very nice and responsive to any questions we had. Overall, it was a great home and experience!
