This condo is located on the top floor (3rd floor) with dazzling pond and canal front views. Enjoy the 4 miles of boardwalk around the resort that you can walk or fish from. Jeanette's Pier in Nags head is only 3 miles away. Enjoy lounging by the community pool and hot tub or enjoy the free fitness center. Just 2 miles from the waterfront shops in downtown Manteo and close to restaurants, seafood markets, shops and of course the beach!

Single Level: Enjoy the great room flooded with natural light and cathedral ceilings with flat-screen TV, wood-burning fireplace, access to a deck with comfy seating and canal views! This condo comes with 1 covered parking spots (2 vehicles max) for car, boat or Jet Ski trailer and a boat slip can be rented from the Pirate's cove Office (subject to availability). This property is on the top floor and there is not an elevator.

Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

This property does not provide beach chairs, a grill (community grills available) or an outside shower.

Pirates Cove Community: Pirates cove is a one-of-a-kind resort on the Outer Banks. This gated, sound-front resort is located on historic Roanoke Island adjacent to the beaches of Nags Head. Offering a world class marina, waterfront Tiki bar and summer children's programs making it a great experience for the entire family! Amenities include a community pool, baby pool and hot tub, clubhouse (billiards, arcade and snack bar), marina, on-site restaurant (The Blue Water Grill), waterfront Tiki bar (Mimi's Tiki Hut), fitness center, tennis courts, children’s playground, picnic and grilling pavilion with picnic tables and 2 park-style grills, over 4 miles of boardwalk/ pier access for walking and fishing, sand volleyball Court and half court basketball.

Booking: After booking, you will receive an email with instructions to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your online payment within 3 days, to avoid cancellation. During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. We offer optional travel insurance as well as other optional fees that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. *Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 3 days to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.
