Sea Yawl 2 is a family-friendly beach house in lovely Salvo. The home is comfortable and relaxing. With a reverse floor plan, the living area is located on the light-filled top floor, while the bedrooms are located on the middle level. This tastefully decorated cottage with multiple amenities is a short walk to the beach access, this will be your family's new vacation hot spot!

Ground Level: The ground level provides plenty of space for parking, water sports & beach essentials, washer and dryer. Tucked under the house you'll find a game room outfitted with shuffleboard and a foosball table, making this the ideal spot for families and friends to gather. Outside areas offer both shaded and full sun. An outdoor shower with hot and cold water, a gas grill, and a picnic table round out this level.

Middle Level: The middle-level features 3 well-appointed bedrooms and a shared full bathroom. King Master offers deck access, workstation, Roku Smart TV, and a private entrance to the shared full bathroom. Also on this level, you'll find a Queen room with deck access and a Roku Smart TV. King and Queen rooms have a shared deck with a hammock swing and outside furniture. Additional room with a Single and Double bed is also located on this floor. The shared bathroom is conveniently located off the hallway.

Top Level: Top level welcomes you with a modern and bright open floor concept. Integrating the living room, dining room, and fully equipped gourmet kitchen with high-end stainless steel appliances, an island, plenty of counter space, and deck access. The kitchen adjoins the dining area and comfortably seats 6 with additional seating around the island. The stylish living room boasts natural light throughout, deck access, and is great for watching a movie on the Roku Smart TV. The outdoor deck is perfect for dining while you enjoy the refreshing ocean breeze. There's a full bathroom on this level.

Sea Yawl 2 is perfectly suited for small families and friends. Salvo offers beautiful wide beaches, great restaurants and shops, walking and biking paths, museums, close access to both the ocean and the Pamlico Sound, a public park, and a skate park. There is a fun ice cream shop within walking distance from the house and a convenience store with a deli. So pack your bags, this is the vacation home of your dreams.

Extras: Outside shower with hot & cold water, foosball, shuffleboard, beach chairs, bikes, gas grill, hammock swing, 2 picnic tables, covered deck, sun deck, outdoor furniture, parking for up to 4 vehicles, 3 smart TVs with Roku, and mini vacations welcome. Please note: The house does not have cable TV. Throughout the vacation rental, there is Wi-Fi connectivity for you to keep up with the world, stream your favorite series, and work remotely.

Linens and towels are provided all year. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made except sleep sofas, top bunks, and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom, and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

Booking: During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. After booking, you will receive an email to sign your lease agreement and make your advance payment electronically. You will have 3 days to sign your lease agreement and pay your advance deposit to avoid cancellation. We offer optional travel insurance that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 72 hours to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.

Perfect House for our OBX vacation

The house was clean and beautiful! We loved the new hot tub and all of the decking that made for a relaxing stay. The outdoor shower was fantastic after a long day at the beach. The game room was great for our kids and some friendly family competition. The beach chairs were a great convenience, as well as the laundry room! We really enjoyed our stay here! I would make one recommendation and that is a welcome pack that includes a small dish soap, sponge and at least one pack of dishwasher detergent. The closest grocery store is in Avon, NC and Dollar General was pretty whiped out on supplies when we got to OBX.Great place to stay!

We had a lovely stay at Sea Yawl. It was very clean and had all the odds and ends you could need. Short walk to the beach and had all the chairs and umbrellas, etc you need. Hot tub was very nice especially is the evenings. There was a really windy day the second day we were there and it took out the internet. We know it wasn’t the agency’s fault, as they had someone out asap to try to fix it. It was an issue with Bright Speed. I would recommend the owners looking into a new service as our friends were staying a few doors down and had different service and WiFi was just fine. I will say it was kinda nice not having WiFi and poor cell service, it made everyone get out and do other things. But I did miss having tv at night. But Brindley was very responsive to any text and took care of everything right away! Thank you for the nice stay and cute little house.
