You'll love this vacation home in the family friendly resort community of Corolla Light. Located close to the indoor sports center, Soundfront walking trails, tennis and pickle ball courts and just a short trolley ride to the oceanfront (seasonal). 

Ground Level: Outside you'll find a carport, fully gated yard with private pool, pergola covered Hot Tub with bar seating 2, charcoal and gas grills and an outside shower. Inside you will find a Rec Room with 2 arcade games, flat-screen TV, game table seating 4, full size-refrigerator and pool deck access. Full hall/cabana bathroom with free standing icemaker and pool deck access, Bedroom with 2 DuoBunks and a flat-screen TV.

Mid Level: King Master Bedroom with a flat-screen TV, electric fireplace, private bathroom and private deck access.  2 Queen Master Bedrooms each with with a flat-screen TV, electric fireplace, private bathroom and deck access, full hall bathroom, and laundry area with washer and dryer. Half bath between levels.

Top Level: Great room with a flat-screen TV/DVD, gas fireplace deck access and a ship’s watch. Kitchen with counter seating for 3, stainless steel appliances and a 5 burner gas stove. Dining area seating 8 with deck access. King Master Bedroom with a flat-screen TV, electric fireplace, private bathroom and private deck access.

Booking: After booking, you will receive an email with instructions to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your online payment within 3 days, to avoid cancellation. During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. We offer optional travel insurance as well as other optional fees that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. *Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 3 days to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.

It is right on the Sound, which has been upgraded adding a boardwalk and more stunning views of the sunset. Corolla Light offers so many amenities! and the feel of the home. It felt very warm and welcoming!

Resort Restrictions

  • No parking on the streets, all vehicles must fit in the driveway of the property.
  • No RV’s, ATV’s, campers, golf carts, gas or electric scooters, Segways or boats allowed in the community.
  • Trailers, boats (on trailer only), and jet skis (on trailer only) are allowed to be parked on the property ONLY if they fit in the “carport” or “under the house”. If the home has no space under it, it cannot be parked in the community.
  • No parking on grass or side of road.
  • Items left on the beach or under/on walkways to beach after sunset are subject to confiscation. Please take all beach gear back to your rental each night.
