This home is tucked in the serenity of a quite cul-de-sac in the Soundside community of Monteray Shores. This well-maintained home is just a short walk or bike ride to the beach, sound and all the community amenities of Monteray Shores. 

Ground Level: Exterior amenities include a carport with outside shower, hot tub, sitting area and a charcoal grill. Inside you'll find a Bedroom with a Bunk Set and flat-screen TV and a full hallway bathroom. Laundry room with washer and dryer.

Mid Level: Den with a flat-screen TV and deck access and a King Master Bedroom with flat-screen TV/DVD, deck access and private bathroom. Queen Bedroom with flat-screen TV and deck access, Bedroom with 2 Singles, flat-screen TV/DVD and private deck access and a full hallway bathroom. Up a half flight of stairs is a half bath.

Top Level: Great room with flat-screen TV/DVD and deck access, kitchen with breakfast bar seating 2, dining area seating 8 and a King Master Bedroom with flat-screen TV/DVD, access to private deck with sound views and private bathroom.

Extras: Hot Tub, 7 TVs, 4 DVD players, DVDs, high speed wireless internet, charcoal grill, picnic table, corn hole, Air Fryer, Keurig & Standard coffee makers, outside shower, parking for 5 vehicles, linens and towels provided and community pool and tennis. No Smoking No Pets. Full week rentals only.  Beds: 2 Kings, Queen, 2 Singles, Bunk Set. House Address: 902 Emerald Court. Key Type: Keyless entry. Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

Booking: After booking, you will receive an email with instructions to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your online payment within 3 days, to avoid cancellation. During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. We offer optional travel insurance as well as other optional fees that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. *Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 3 days to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.

Community Restrictions

  • No parking on streets.
  • No RV’s, ATV’s, golf carts, go-carts, trailers or boats are allowed in the driveways or within the community; including community parking lots.
  • Overflow parking lot by the Club House, guests must fill out a parking permit/pass at the club house to be there overnight (No fee for this pass).
  • Items left on the beach or under/on walkways to beach after sunset are subject to confiscation. Please take all beach gear back to your rental each night.

  • No Beach Access in Monteray Shores. (Closest Public Beach Accesses and Parking are located on the Oceanside across from Monteray Shores in the community of Whalehead Beach)
