Mid-Level:
On this level, you’ll find a bright and inviting queen bedroom, along with a second bedroom featuring two twin beds—perfect for families or groups. Both offer a cozy retreat after a day on the water. The updated full bathroom boasts a beautiful ceramic-tiled walk-in shower with sleek glass sliding doors, modern fixtures, and a new vanity top, adding both style and convenience. A washer and dryer are also located on this level, making it easy to keep your beach gear fresh and ready for the next adventure.

Top Level:
The spacious primary bedroom offers a cozy queen bed and convenient access to a shared half bath—perfect for recharging after a sun-soaked day. Just steps away, the fully equipped gourmet kitchen is a treat for foodies and casual cooks alike, blending style and function for anything from quick snacks to full-on feasts. Extras: Newly Renovated From Top to Bottom! Outside shower with hot & cold water, fish cleaning table, charcoal grill, outside furniture, screened-in porch, and plenty of parking. No Smoking/Vaping. No Pets. Beds: 2 Queen, 2 Twin Key Type: Keyless Entry. Check-In Location: At the Property.

Linens and towels are provided all year. This home will provide sheets for all beds, and the beds will be made except for sleep sofas, top bunks, and trundle beds, in which case, the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom, and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

Booking: During the booking process, you will be asked to enter a credit card number; nothing will be charged to this card. After booking, you will receive an email to sign your lease agreement and make your advance payment electronically. You will have 3 days to sign your lease agreement and pay your advance deposit to avoid cancellation. We offer optional travel insurance that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 72 hours to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.
