Ground Level: Exterior amenities include a fully gated private pool with hot tub and outside shower. Enclosed carport with beach cart. Inside you'll find a Den with a flat-screen TV, sound bar, pool deck access, sofa bar seating 2, game table seating 4, a half bathroom and a full kitchenette with refrigerator, sink, microwave and dishwasher. King Master Bedroom with flat screen TV. Laundry room with washer, dryer and sink. Elevator access to all levels.

Mid Level: 2 Queen Master Bedrooms each with a flat-screen TV, deck access and a private bathroom. Bedroom with 2 Bunk Sets with deck access that shares a full jack-n-jill full bathroom with a Bedroom with a Day Bed, crib, flat-screen TV and private deck access. Half bath between levels.

Top Level: Great room with large flat-screen TV, electric fireplace and deck access. Kitchen with counter seating for 3, 2 dishwashers and a wine cooler. Dining area seating 8 with access to the screened porch with a picnic table. King Master Bedroom with flat screen TV, private deck access and a private full bath.

Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

Booking: After booking, you will receive an email with instructions to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your online payment within 3 days, to avoid cancellation. During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. We offer optional travel insurance as well as other optional fees that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. *Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 3 days to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.

Immaculate home with all the amenities anyone would need and want. This is a new home and it shows! This was a multi family trip. We had a multi-generational group and ALL of us loved this house!! We used the elevator which was a blessing many times throughout the week for various reasons from groceries to tired beach goers to just wanting to join the family upstairs for meal times. We took advantage of the beautiful top layer deck at the front of the house to soak up the sun in the morning and sipping on a lovely drink watching the sunset go down in the evening. We loved the back covered and screened porch on the top deck just off the dining room/kitchen for games, morning coffee, and to connect with the family members playing in the HEATED saltwater pool!!!! EVERYONE’s beds were comfortable. We have several who have back issues and we all were thankful for the comfy beds. The living room furniture in the great room upstairs as well as down were just wonderful!!! We’d have a gang playing cards and watching baseball down by the pool in the evening while the others were upstairs quietly reading a book and the younger kids with some adults were unwinding in the pool and hot tub. The only issues (minor) were the alarm on the pool door (sliding door) and unlocking the middle deck door to get from bedrooms to pool. BUT that was quickly resolved by BRINDLEY. 5 stars!!!! We WILL be back!!

This property easily fit three different families and felt like the perfect escape. The pool was wonderful and the living spaces were decorated beautifully. Corolla Light access was perfect and was the perfect distance away from activities.
