You’ll be swept away by this comfortable and well maintained end unit villa. Enjoy the amenities of Corolla Light including 3 oceanfront pools, tennis and pickleball courts, indoor pool, fitness center, trolley (during summer season 9am-6pm) and planned resort activities. In addition, it’s an easy walk to everything: the beach, the sound side nature trails, restaurants, wild life tours, education center, market, historic park and lighthouse. Park the car and relax!

Ground Level: Outside you'll find an outdoor shower and charcoal grill. Inside you'll find children's books and board games, a Bedroom with 2 Full/Full Bunks (Double bed over a Double bed) that shares a full hall bathroom with a Den with a Queen Sleep Sofa, TV/DVD and patio access. The garage has beach chairs, adult & kid bikes, beach games, tennis and pickleball equipment and a full size refrigerator.

Mid Level: Great room with smart TV, surround sound stereo, wood fireplace and deck access. Renovated and fully equipped kitchen, dining room seating for 8, hallway half bathroom and the laundry area with washer and dryer. Queen Master Bedroom with a private bathroom.

Top Level: King Master Bedroom with TV/DVD and large private bathroom. There is also a sitting room with books and DVD movies.

Extras: 5 smart TVs, 4 Blu-Ray DVDs, stereo, high-speed wireless internet, surround sound speakers, card/game table, Keurig and regular coffee makers, outside shower, wood fireplace, charcoal grill, parking for 3 vehicles, community water, linens and towels provided Corolla Light Community Amenities for 8 (Corolla Light is a private community that requires guests to wear wristbands to access community amenities). Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

Booking: After booking, you will receive an email with instructions to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your online payment within 3 days, to avoid cancellation. During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. We offer optional travel insurance as well as other optional fees that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. *Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 3 days to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.

Sixth time is a charm at Windswept! Yes, we have rented the exact same villa every year now for 5 years - including 2 stays this summer. The location is ideal - walk to bakery and pizza; right next to the tennis courts; short walk to pool and beach. The villa itself is wonderful - kitchen and baths are all updated; furnishings are complete and very nice; plenty of bikes and outdoor games. No question at all that we will be back soon!

Wow! What a fantastic place!!! We stayed at 605 Windswept in Corolla Light and we could not have been happier with the accommodations. We loved having 3 levels where the adults could have some privacy but the kids could all be together in their own space on the bottom floor. The owners truly thought of everything. The house is completely renovated and everything is in great condition. The property has several video game consoles including Wii, Play Station 2 and game cube. If the kids want to bring their own, there is a TV room on the first floor with easy access to the HDMI connection. There are bikes, beach games, an umbrella and chairs. There is even a cart to help you get it all to the beach. The kitchen is loaded with everything you need from pots and pans to casserole dishes. The location of this property is super convenient to the clubhouse, pools and beach. it is also quick walking access to the shops and restaurants. The location is just perfect. We could walk to the pool or beach in about 5 minutes. The tennis courts are right behind the house, so we could walk right out of the back door to the courts. The property is well built and maintained, so noise from the courts was never a problem. The beds were very comfortable and the house was immaculate when we arrived. Brindley Beach Vacations did a great job at helping us organize our trip and they sent multiple communications to us to help make check in and out easy. I could continue to go on but you should see for yourself. Our family of 6 had a great experience and we will definitely be back to this property again.

Even Better Than Before - this was our third stay in Windswept. The proximity to the beach, pool, shops, and tennis courts have always been strong points for our family. There is a beautiful view of the Currituck Lighthouse and a sunset every night sitting on the deck. Some major remodeling has taken place since our last stay- the kitchen and bathrooms are very nicely done (I wish I had the master shower in my own home!) New mattresses made for comfortable nights sleep. This year, our older kids brought friends - and Windswept provided plenty of space to handle us all (along with ample number of bikes, chairs, and other beach essentials). We took advantage of the movie and book collections for some beach downtime. We will be back!

This is our second year staying here and noticed improvements from the first. The only thing keeping this from being 5 stars is that 2 of the bedrooms have small cheap TVs that need upgraded. Other than that we really like the layout of this villa, it's well stocked, very clean, and has a great location. It will be the first place I check on if we make it to the beach again next year.
