Each bedroom has its own dedicated bathroom, with a king primary suite on the top floor and all other bedrooms on the mid-level. Don’t stress about the small stuff. The home has a well-equipped kitchen, linens service (fresh sheets and towels upon arrival), plenty of board games, and a smart TV in every room to sign into your streaming accounts. Be sure to take full advantage of the private outdoor space including a fully gated, glistening pool, hot tub, ping-pong table, putting green, and corn hole area, as well as a large covered patio with lounge seating, a dining area, TV, fridge, Bluetooth speaker, and convenient outdoor bathroom and shower. The top floor, open concept great room with its vaulted ceilings and massive windows is sure to help you check reality at the door and keep your mind set to vacation mode (be sure to spot the peekaboo view of the Currituck Lighthouse from the bonus room and catch its still fully operational wink every night). As the sun begins to dip, it’s just a quick walk to the Sound-side path or Whalehead Club to catch some of the most breathtaking sunsets OBX has to offer. Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

This property does not provide beach chairs, however they can be rented at no cost with the beach gear program advertised.

Booking: During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. You will receive an email 24 hours after booking with instructions to log on to guest web to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your advance payment. You will have 10 days to sign your lease agreement and pay your advance payment to avoid cancellation. We offer optional travel insurance that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 72 hours to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.

Yacht rock is really a "hidden gem". Each bedroom has it own private bath. Playroom for kiddos- they rock their own space in there. Proximity to the beach is a big plus- Beach storage locker is the top winner- This home rocks!

Perfect place to stay if you have children or if it rains (indoor and outdoor toys/games for children and adults). Close to amenities, quick walk to beach. Self-cleaning oven! Tons of cookware!

Each bedroom has its own private bathroom. Covered cabana area offers additional space for outdoor entertainment. Close proximity to beach access combined with the provided beach storage locker is a winning combination.

Awesome vacation rental. Short walking distance to the beach. Outside pool area was a great addition. The only thing that I would add to this rental would be an additional full size fridge to accommodate all the guests.

We loved spending our family vacation at newmania! From the spacious and well kept interiors, to the variety of outdoor activities, this house had everything we needed for our stay! The little ones loved playing with the variety of toys in the play room, cooking was made easy in the large kitchen, no matter the number of chefs, and there was plenty to do outside, rain or shine! We hosted ping-pong games, put-put challenges, corn hole matches, and had a splash by the pool. The carport held multiple cars comfortably, and had plenty of beach chairs and a travel cart for guests to use! We cannot wait to book our next stay! :)

Great week in Corolla with our grown children and grands. It was our first week together in a decade! Our family came to CL for many years as kids grew up...amenities are still the best! Newmania was a great home. Our family enjoyed the pool and rec area so much! I searched for weeks for a vacation home, and this was the best outdoor area I found on the ocean side. The home is wonderfully stocked with every kitchen item imaginable. Kids bunkrm is A+! Toys for little ones, h-c, p-n-p, booster, saucer. Note: 28 steps to main fl w high rise. No pwd rm on top floor. Battery remotes for fans were missing batteries, and wagon was broken (we fixed w duct tape!) . Beach chairs, pool toys, darts, tvs were great size. So much to do!

Great value! The outdoor space was fantastic and our kids loved to hang out there as much as the beach. The house was very well equipped with little extras like games, puzzles, kitchen stuff, pool/beach toys, beach chairs, etc. I would definitely stay here again.
