This beautifully designed home has been converted from a duplex to a magnificent and spacious house located close to everything you need to make your vacation memorable. Ground Level:  Two family rooms each with TV/VCR and card table, 2 Bedrooms each with a Bunk Set and 2 full hall bathrooms.

Mid Level: 2 King Master Bedrooms each with TV and deck access and 2 Queen Bedrooms each with TV/DVD (one with deck access) that share a bathroom, and a Queen Bedroom with TV/DVD that shares a bathroom with a Bedroom with 2 Singles, TV/DVD and deck access. 2 laundry areas with washer and dryer.

Top Level: Features 2 spacious kitchens each with counter seating for 6, 2 dining areas each seating 10, 2 living rooms each with TV/DVD/VCR/CD, stereo and gas fireplace, 2 half baths, and deck access with hot tub.

Extras: Hot Tub (6), 10 cable TVs, wireless high-speed internet access, video/book library, high chair, pack-n-play, 2 card/game tables, fish cleaning table, park style charcoal grill, 2 gas fireplaces (available November 1- April 30), parking for 5 vehicles, community water, linens and towels provided and Buck Island Community Amenities. Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

This home does NOT offer an outside shower or a landline telephone.

Booking: After booking, you will receive an email with instructions to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your online payment within 3 days, to avoid cancellation. During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. We offer optional travel insurance as well as other optional fees that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. *Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 3 days to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.

Pool? Walk out the back door. Pickleball? Walk out the back door. Forgot eggs? Shopping and restaurants 200 yard walk. Beach is a short stroll, but if you aren’t ocean front, then that is always the case. This is a comfortable home that can accommodate a large group.

Buck Island includes 80 home sites, 18 Charleston Place homes and 14 Duplex/Key West style homes.

Conveniently located next to the Monteray Plaza Shopping Center, which offers a grocery store, restaurants, retail shops, Spa, Movie Theater, coffee shop and more!   • Golf carts are restricted to be brought into the community by renter or outside vendor. (Golf carts are allowed within the community if vacation home/owner provides one for use)
  • Park in designated areas only
  • Do not park on the streets or in the grass
  • NO RV’s, ATV’s or boats allowed within the community
  • Items left on the beach or under/on walkways to beach after sunset are subject to confiscation. Please take all beach gear back to your rental each night
