Mid Level: King Master Bedroom with a flat-screen TV, private bathroom and deck access. King Bedroom with flat-screen TV, full hallway bathroom, Bedroom with a DuoBunk, Trundle and flat-screen TV and the laundry room with washer and dryer.

Top Level: Great Room with flat-screen TV/DVD, Queen Sleep Sofa, electric fireplace and deck access, kitchen with counter seating for 3, dining area seating 6 and a half bathroom.

Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

The Villas at Corolla Bay Community Amenities: Gated community with community pool, recreation center, bath house, shuffleboard, volleyball court and picnic area.

Booking: After booking, you will receive an email with instructions to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your online payment within 3 days, to avoid cancellation. During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. We offer optional travel insurance as well as other optional fees that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. *Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 3 days to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.

This property is EVERYTHING you would hope for in a beach property! A relaxing VERY short walk to the beach. It is stocked beyond what we imagined - dishes and silverware for a very large group, all the appliances for a completely comfortable stay. The decor is beautiful and not excessive. The bedrooms are roomy and extremely comfortable, bathrooms are perfect. The backyard is relaxing and the hot tub is awesome in the late evening. This property (Sandy Toes) provided us with a getaway we will never forget! We hope our travels bring us back.
