Mid Level: Queen Master Bedroom and a King Bedroom with flat-screen TV/Roku that shares a full connected bathroom with a Bedroom with 2 Singles.

Top Level: Great room with TV/ Roku/ sound bar and the gourmet kitchen with all new stainless steel appliances, ice maker, dual sinks and granite and breakfast bar seating 4. Dining room seating 8, half bath and a King Master Bedroom with flat-screen TV/ Roku and deck access.

Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.
 

Booking: After booking, you will receive an email with instructions to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your online payment within 3 days, to avoid cancellation. During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. We offer optional travel insurance as well as other optional fees that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. *Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 3 days to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.

This awesome home has everything you could ask for and more - plus the views of the ocean and sound from the main floor are breathtaking. Ice machine (separate from fridge/freezer), private pool, hot tub and stargazing from the crow’s nest were all major hits. We also appreciated all the privacy provided by the mature pine trees while in the pool area. Linen package included was convenient and adds value. Owner even reached out to check to make sure we were having a great week and was super friendly.

    • Access #1 – between Sprigtail Dr and Canvasback Dr.
    • Access #2 – between Canvasback Dr. and Wood Duck Dr.
    • Access #3 – between Pintail Dr. and Widgeon Dr.

COMMUNITY RESTRICTIONS

  • All items left on the beach or under/on walkways to beach before 6:30am and after 6:30pm are subject to confiscation as well as a civil penalty. Please take all beach gear back to your rental each night. 

Town of Duck - Tent/Chair/Shade Restrictions:

  • Set ups must allow for 15 feet, from the base of the dune, travel lane for emergency access and must not be closer than 10 feet to dune vegetation or turtle nest.
  • Set ups must not be closer than 50 feet, in any direction, from a lifeguard stand, emergency, or beach access.
  • Tents may not exceed 12x12, cannot be taller than 9 feet, cannot be tied together with another tent (unless they are perpendicular to the shore), must be spaced 10 feet from each other, and guy wires may not extend beyond the 12x12 max limit.
  • All shade structures must be secure.
