It is one of the very best values and books quickly, so don’t delay.

Ground Level: Double-sided carport parking, one side with built-in tables and bench seating perfect for a poolside lunch or seafood feast and an outside shower. A few steps up to the gated private pool with baby pool, loungers, hot tub with lift assist, and ocean views. Inside you'll find a den with a full-size refrigerator, a pub table seating 8, a TV, and an elevator to all levels. 

Level 2: Game room with pool table, deck access, sitting area with large-screen TV, and a game table seating 4. Kitchenette with full-size refrigerator, microwave, sink, and island seating for 4. Spacious theater room with leather reclining seating for 10, large projection screen TV with Blu-ray player and surround sound. A half bathroom and the laundry room with a folding counter and utility sink. King Master Bedroom with TV, deck access, and a private bathroom with dual vanity. Top Level: Elegant great room with breathtaking ocean views and overhead palm fans that sway from the vaulted ceilings. This beach paradise offers a gas fireplace, ocean-view deck access, and a large TV with Blu-ray DVD and surround sound. Kitchen with granite countertops, breakfast bar seating 4, double ovens, and double dishwashers to make cooking for your large group a breeze.  Adjacent to the kitchen are 2 dining areas, one with seating for 6, and a formal dining area with seating for 14. Nearby is a half bath and a King Master Bedroom Suite with TV, deck access, and a private bathroom with dual vanity and tile shower. Also on this floor is an elevated loft with a TV, a table seating 4, and a balcony for a bird's eye view of the ocean. You won't believe how lavish the good life can be when you're living in DOLPHIN VIEW HIDEAWAY.

Pool Heat is an additional $500 per week

Linens and towels are provided all year. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made except for sleep sofas, top bunks, and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom, and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

Booking: During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. After booking, you will receive an email to sign your lease agreement and make your advance payment electronically. You will have 3 days to sign your lease agreement and pay your advance deposit to avoid cancellation. We offer optional travel insurance that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 72 hours to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.

Beautiful home with amazing views. Brinkley Beach Rental has been amazing to work with. Cleaning staff has this home cleaned by check in time and this was the cleanest home we've stayed at. Owners have the home well stocked and cared for. Looking forward to returning next year.

This is a very nice vacation rental, with great views and access to the beach. The house is clean and the kitchen is reasonably equipped. We enjoyed ourselves.

One of most pleasant homes we've stayed at. Services from Brindley Beach were excellent from sign in to check out. The house itself was as advertised with an exceptionally well stocked sizeable kitchen for our group of 15. The rooms were very nice and comfortable. Location was amazing for the fisherman and beach goers if our group. Even on foul weather says there was plenty to do. Staff from the Brindley Beach group were readily available to answer all of our questions. We couldn't be more. We were immensely happy with our stay, the location, and the home. Definitely 5 stars!

The views from this house are breathtaking! I was raving about the views all week! Our entire group spent time sitting on the decks every day- especially the large top deck. My teenage son spent a lot of time in the mornings and evenings on the smaller/highest deck in the evenings. I was able to enjoy the beautiful sunrise just a few steps from my bed on the 3rd level deck. The elevator was a must for my parents, and it was a huge help for getting groceries to the kitchen on the top floor. We didn’t eat many dinners at the house, but the kitchen provided plenty of utensils that we didn’t need to run the two dishwasher too often. There is a generous amount of seating available in the kitchen from the bar stools and several tables. The long tables worked perfectly for eating dinner together when we ordered in the Outer Banks Boil Company. And the small round table was perfect for eating breakfast with a great view of the ocean. The location offered many conveniences. The pier passes were a great perk and we had a few men and kids who took advantage of spending time there fishing. The pier was also a short walk great for some late night ice cream novelties. We enjoyed being such a short walk to the beach for more than just the pier. This location allowed us to walk to and from the beach repeatedly throughout the day- to go back to the house for lunch, put the baby down for a nap, for the kids to enjoy other activities at the house… The weather was a little cooler than normal for this time of year, and the ocean water was pretty cold most of the week. We were able to get good use of the many amenities that the home offers. We all enjoyed the pool table, the swimming pool (and baby pool was an added bonus), hot tub, and theater room. The owners were kind and helpful. When we first arrived the projector in the theater room was not working. We reached out to the owner and they sent an av company out and had us up and running quickly! The only downside to this location was the selection of restaurants. Most restaurants in the area were 20 minutes away and not easily equipped to accommodate our large group. This is our 4th visit to OBX but we stayed in Corolla the previous times. We found that we needed to arrive significantly earlier than we had done in the past to be able to get seats. However, all of the restaurant staff we encountered were extremely friendly. We especially enjoyed Watermen’s and Neptunes restaurants close to the house for the relaxed atmosphere and views of the sunset. Overall it was a great experience and I’d definitely recommend this house and would stay here again!

Oceanfront views at Oceanside price

We spent a wonderful week at this amazing house! Check in and out was so easy. The pool and hot tub were perfect for the whole family and so glad for the fenced in area for privacy. We loved the bedrooms and appreciated the attached bathrooms. The kitchen was well stocked with all the kitchenware needed! It made preparing our meals and clean up a breeze. The elevator was wonderful for our pup and loading/unloading! We also loved all the porches and spent many hours watching dolphins and birds and people watching on the beach and pier in the comfortable deck furniture. We really appreciated the pier passes and took full advantage of this wonderful perk (those who arrived before check in were able to start fishing early!) we’ve stayed in many houses over the last 35 years of staying in OBX and this is definitely one of our favorites!!

I can't say enough good things about this house! We spent a week there and unfortunately had unseasonably cool weather...but the house was a vacation saver! The pool and hot tub provided a break from the chilly wind so the young adults have fun out there.The elevator was a must and worked great for our 3 over 80 visitors. The young adults love the second floor with the pool table, living area and kitchenette/bar area.I love the kitchen with two ovens and two dishwashers! There are a total of three refrigerators at the house and with such a large group they were great to have!Loved that all the king beds had attached baths! Bunk rooms were great too.Everyone loved the theater room and we used it every evening! The views are phenomenal from every floor...loved the wrap around balconies.

17 people ages 19-86 had the best week. The house is awesome with views and wrap around balconies on every level.We didn’t have the best weather so this made the house even more important! The young adults lived the 2nd floor with the pool table,, living room and kitchenette. Perfect for them to be loud late into the night and no one was disturbed.The elevator worked great and was a must for our three in their 80’s.Everyone enjoyed the theater room and it was used everyday!The pool and hot tub let’s us enjoy being out side and provided a break from the wind with its enclosure.The main floor kitchen had everything you could possibly need. We ate every meal in and never were short a pan/appliance or plates/cups. Having two dishwashers and two ovens was great and were time savers!

Rodanthe is part of the Hatteras Island community and that comes with all the rich history of the area. 

Chicamacomico Life Saving Station gives you a peak into the past of the area with regular reenactments of what it was like for crews to rescue shipwrecks back in time. You can explore the station and learn a bunch about what these crews had to go through to keep sailors safe. You can also pick up some gear from the local surf shop to try out surfing, kiteboarding, or windsurfing for the first time. Having the ocean and the sound on either side of you gives you plenty of options for enjoying the water throughout your trip!
