This semi-oceanfront location is 75 feet from the beach boardwalk path, it's dog friendly, and offers both a private pool and hot tub for your family members to fully enjoy relaxing at home or spending time on the beach.

Ground Level: Exterior amenities include a fully gated private pool with plenty of Polywood chairs. Inside you'll find a lounge area with kitchenette that includes a full-size refrigerator and microwave. Bedroom with DuoBunk and Single, Bedroom with a Bunk Set and Queen Bed and a hall bathroom with shower/tub combo. Laundry area with washer and dryer. 

Mid Level: 2 King Master Bedroom Suites both with flat-screen TV, private bathrooms and oceanside deck access. Queen Bedroom with TV that shares a jack-n-jill bathroom with another Queen Bedroom with TV. The hot tub is on the oceanside deck. (TVs offer streaming options through the spectrum cable app or other devices)

Top Level: Airy great room with ocean views and a large flat-screen TV (traditional cable available). Upgraded kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, double oven, 2 dishwashers, prep sink and counter seating for 4. Dining table seating 10 with deck access to an outdoor table for eating outdoors. Breakfast table seating 4. The top level oceanside deck offers views while relaxing in the Polywood seating and overlooking the private pool. Half bath located between the mid and top levels. 

Extras: Private Pool (9x 21), Hot Tub, 5 TVs, gas grill (No charcoal grills or open flames allowed at this property), picnic table, high chair, pack-n-play, DVD library, corn hole, wireless internet, deck furniture, outside shower, community tennis and linens and towels provided. No Smoking. Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

*No charcoal grills or open flames allowed at this property. 

This property has a 2 ring doorbell cameras facing away from the property. One in the carport and one on the second floor facing the road.
 

Booking: After booking, you will receive an email with instructions to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your online payment within 3 days, to avoid cancellation. During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. We offer optional travel insurance as well as other optional fees that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. *Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 3 days to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.

This is a wonderful home to spend a week with family. Lots of shared space on the main floor for all to be comfortable to do separate activities, but still together. Very well equipped kitchen - 2 dishwashers and 2 ovens and 2 refrigerators. All guests found beds comfortable. Polywood furniture is wonderful.

Tons of kitchen amenities, very child friendly (baby gate, high chair, strollers, tons of toys), and very clean (even for a pet friend house). Pool area is small, but really nice. The upper level with the kitchen/dinning/family room area is perfect for socializing and spending time as a group/family. You're missing out if you don't rent this house.

This home had everything that we could have needed on our trip. The kitchen was fully stocked with all appliances you might need. All beach equipment that you might need was there as well.

Ocean Sands is located near shopping, restaurants, golf, and water sports. All homes in these sections are on municipal water and sewer. Some homes in these sections remain on private wells while others have connected to municipal water and sewer.

Ocean Sands Community Amenities

Guests staying in Ocean Sands sections D, E, F, H, I, J, O, L, K M, N, Q or P will have access to:

  • A 7 acre fishing lake abundant with water fowl
  • Tennis Courts in sections D, F, and H
  • Quiet roads for walking or bike riding
  • 18 Beach Accesses located within the community

Guests staying in Ocean Sands sections A, B and C have access to:

  • The Beach Accesses in sections A, B and C only and are not permitted to use the amenities in the other sections

  • NO MOTOR HOME or TRAILER PARKING within the community.
  • NO GOLF CARTS, even if they’re street legal.
  • After 11:00 pm loud noise and any disturbances are prohibited.
  • Items left on the beach or under/on walkways to beach after sunset are subject to confiscation. Please take all beach gear back to your rental each night.
