The "Buzz on the Beach" is that this is the perfect home for your family vacation! Your family will love spending time at this charming ocean side home which is located close to the beach (just a short walk on a direct path to the ocean), shopping and restaurants! The open floor plan is especially bright because of the many windows.

Ground Level: Exterior amenities include 2 outside showers, hot tub (mid-level), and private pool with a large poolside patio for entertaining! Inside you'll find the laundry room with beverage fridge, washer and dryer.

Mid Level: Offers a Queen Bedroom with TV, Bedroom with a Bunk Set, Trundle, TV and deck access, Bedroom with 2 Singles and TV, and a large hall bathroom.

Top Level: Great room with a view of the pool, TV/DVD, game table seating 2 and deck access. The well-equipped kitchen has a breakfast bar seating 3, dining area seating 6 with deck access and a Queen Bedroom with TV and semi-private master bathroom (second door to living areas).

Extras: Private Pool (12 x 25), Hot Tub, wireless high speed internet, 4 TVs, DVD player, 2 outside showers, charcoal grill, beverage refrigerator, porch swing, community water, corn hole, parking for 3 vehicles and linens and towels provided. Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

Booking: After booking, you will receive an email with instructions to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your online payment within 3 days, to avoid cancellation. During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. We offer optional travel insurance as well as other optional fees that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. *Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 3 days to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.

Excellent corner lot bathed in sunshine and surrounded with wildlife. A short bike ride to the beach with a shade or sun option, and great books to curl up to on the hammock swing or lounge chair. Clean place with all the amenities you will need to savor time with family-we loved the dining table and bar and open floor plan upstairs. The pool is perfect with colorful lights at night, and the hot tub on the 2nd floor is perfect for rainy/chilly times. Wi-Fi hard to keep = more quality time with loved ones. Bring K-Cups if you drink coffee!

  • NO MOTOR HOME or TRAILER PARKING within the community.
  • NO GOLF CARTS, even if they’re street legal.
  • After 11:00 pm loud noise and any disturbances are prohibited.
  • Items left on the beach or under/on walkways to beach after sunset are subject to confiscation. Please take all beach gear back to your rental each night.
