Gourmet kitchen with granite counter tops, Dacor appliances, 2 dishwashers, 2 ovens, Keurig & regular coffee makers, microwave drawer, trash compactor, 2 freezer drawers and counter seating for 3. ELEVATOR to all levels, desk area and large laundry room with utility sink, folding counter, washer/ dryer and yard access. 

Mid Level: Den with a flat-screen TV, Queen Master Bedroom with a flat-screen TV, private deck access and private bathroom. Master Bedroom with 2 DuoBunks and a private bathroom, a Queen Master Bedroom with a flat-screen TV and private bathroom.

Top Level: Open den with Queen Sleep Sofa, large King Master Bedroom Suite with flat-screen TV, private balcony, wet bar with mini-refrigerator and sink and a private bathroom with his and hers sides including dual vanities, dual toilets, walk through shower and a soaking bath tub.

Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

*Fireplaces are not available for guest use. 

Booking: After booking, you will receive an email with instructions to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your online payment within 3 days, to avoid cancellation. During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. We offer optional travel insurance as well as other optional fees that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. *Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 3 days to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.

It is close to the beach with an elevator and a large pool. The open concept main floor makes for fun family gathering and everyone has a private bedroom and bathroom to get some alone time. The waterfall feature on the pool makes you feel like you are all alone in the Outer Banks with the sound of the water splashing in the pool. Large and clean outdoor area for family fun and relaxation. Overall a great location for a multi-generational vacation.

beach access permits, they may be provided for guest use. (Public Beach accesses closest to Southern Shores are located in the town of Kitty Hawk starting at Byrd Street – MP2)
