Ground Level: Exterior amenities include a fully gated private pool. Inside you'll find a Recroom with flat-screen TV, PlayStation, foosball table, wet bar with sink and refrigerator, half bathroom and pool deck access. King Master Bedroom with flat-screen TV and full private bathroom and a Bedroom with a Double Bed and Single Bed. 

Mid Level: King Bedroom with flat-screen TV, deck access and semi-private full bathroom (second access to hallway), Queen Bedroom with flat-screen TV and deck access, Queen Bedroom with flat-screen TV/DVD  and semi-private full bath (second access to hallway) and a Bedroom with 2 Singles and flat-screen TV/DVD.

Top Level: Great room with large flat-screen TV/DVD/VCR and screened porch access, kitchen with counter seating for 4 and breakfast table seating 6, dining area seating 6 with deck access and a half bathroom with laundry area. 

Extras: Private Pool (10 x 23), 5 smart TVs (streaming only), 3 DVD players, VCR, PlayStation, foosball table, wet bar with full size refrigerator, books, DVDs, screened porch, baby gate, hammock swing, parking for 5 vehicles and linens and towels provided. No Smoking. No Pets. Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

Booking: After booking, you will receive an email with instructions to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your online payment within 3 days, to avoid cancellation. During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. We offer optional travel insurance as well as other optional fees that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. *Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 3 days to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.

T3 Bella Vita (Tuckahoe Community, Duck, NC) great house! Super clean, nice pool and very well equipped! Brindley Beach Vacations and Sales are wonderful people to work with. We stayed their with our three small kids and grandparents. The house works really well for multiple families to stay at it. The grandparents took the bottom floor and there is a living area and two bedrooms down there as well as a fridge. That is also how you get out to the pool. We took the middle floor which has four bedrooms and then the third floor has a really nice living area and kitchen. One of the bedrooms on the middle floor has a crib. The house also has baby gates you can use to block the stairs. They really have thought of everything for young families. We stayed with a 5, 3, and 1 year old so that was really important. They also had a book bin upstairs with kids books that my kids loved!The house was clean and obviously well taken care of. Kitchen has most things you need to cook with. Nice pots and pans, crockpot, coffee makers, pie pans etc. The pool is not huge but it was perfect for us! Love the lip on one edge that adults can sit on and kids can stand up on. The pool has a fence around it with gates that are difficult for kids to open. A really nice safety feature!As far as location: you are walking distance to the beach as well as the town of Duck. Corolla is about 30 min away. Walmart is 15 min. Sand dunes 30. Aquarium 40 min. It really is a good central location where you can get to a lot of things quickly!We will definitely be back! Such a good house. One thing to note - it is a lot of stairs to navigate as you move in and out.

COMMUNITY RESTRICTIONS

  • All items left on the beach or under/on walkways to beach before 6:30am and after 6:30pm are subject to confiscation as well as a civil penalty. Please take all beach gear back to your rental each night. 

Town of Duck - Tent/Chair/Shade Restrictions:

  • Set ups must allow for 15 feet, from the base of the dune, travel lane for emergency access and must not be closer than 10 feet to dune vegetation or turtle nest.
  • Set ups must not be closer than 50 feet, in any direction, from a lifeguard stand, emergency, or beach access.
  • Tents may not exceed 12x12, cannot be taller than 9 feet, cannot be tied together with another tent (unless they are perpendicular to the shore), must be spaced 10 feet from each other, and guy wires may not extend beyond the 12x12 max limit.
  • All shade structures must be secure.
