Inside you'll find the Recroom with flat-screen TV, card/game table, pool table, dart board, kitchenette with full-size refrigerator, sink, microwave, counter seating for 3 and pool deck access. King Bedroom with flat-screen TV and semi-private full bathroom (second door from bathroom to hallway) with roll under sink and roll in shower. Elevator access to all levels.

Mid Level: 2 King Master Bedrooms each with large private bathrooms and deck access, Queen Master Bedroom with large private bathroom and deck access and the laundry area with washer and dryer.

Top Level: Great room with flat-screen TV, electric fireplace, wall of windows with sound views, deck access and wine bar, half bath, kitchen with counter seating 3, dining area seating 8 and deck access with gas grill, outside dining/seating and sound views.

Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

Garage is not available for guest use. 

Booking: After booking, you will receive an email with instructions to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your online payment within 3 days, to avoid cancellation. During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. We offer optional travel insurance as well as other optional fees that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. *Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 3 days to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.

Great view of the sound; relax at the pool or hot tub; we had so much fun in the game room playing pool and cards. Pretty well stocked kitchen with pots, pans, blender, etc.

  • Items left on the beach or under/on walkways to beach after sunset are subject to confiscation. Please take all beach gear back to your rental each night.
