Views galore!!! The decks across the front and the side of this home provide beautiful views of the Currituck Lighthouse, wonderful sunrise views over the ocean, and amazing sunset views over the sound. Enjoy the wonderful Jacuzzi spa situated under a spectacularly large pavilion for privacy and shade. The enlarged patio area surrounding the pool offers plenty of HPDE furniture to soak up the sun on and a large outdoor shower in the carport area provides plenty of room to wash off in after a day at the beach. The carport also contains a large bike rack and a guest closet full of extras which guests may find fun to use in the pool as well as on the beach. Inside, enjoy the gorgeous kitchen with stainless steel appliances including two dishwashers and a double oven. All new windows throughout and new top level doors for 2021/2022. The great room is very spacious and comfortable with plenty of seating to gather around the large smart TV and accompanying sound bar for an exciting movie night or to spend time gaming on the PlayStation 3. The lower level game room features a CD player/stereo, a pool table, another large smart TV, a wet bar and a 2nd refrigerator. This all helps make it very convenient for serving snacks and drinks poolside as well as for enjoying all of the game room fun. Families will love the location of this home as it is an easy 8 minute walk to the beach. The neighborhood amenities, such as tennis courts, pickleball courts, basketball courts, and community pools, are also only a brief walk away. The large sidewalks found throughout the community provide safe walking/biking access to the Lighthouse, the Whalehead Club, Corolla Light Town Center, trails, and more. And, to help out with getting the luggage and groceries to the top level, a new exterior cargo lift has been installed (2021).

Ground Level: A recreation room with large smart TV, CD player/stereo, pool table, wet bar and a full-size refrigerator. One bedroom features a Queen Bed, as well as a TV. It shares a full hallway bathroom with a second bedroom featuring a DuoBunk and a ROKU TV. The outside provides access to the pool, the outdoor shower, the guest closet containing pool and beach extras, and the cargo lift.

Mid Level: 2 King Master Bedrooms with TVs and deck access, a Queen Bedroom with TV which shares a full hallway bathroom with a bedroom featuring 2 Bunk Sets, a TV, and deck access. A laundry room has a new (2021) washer and dryer. The outside deck features HPDE seating, privacy curtains with a wooden seating area, and a hammock swing. 

Top Level: King Master Bedroom with TV and deck access. The great room features a large smart TV, Blu-Ray player, surround sound bar with subwoofer and a PlayStation 3 with wireless controllers, along with multiple board games, puzzles, movies, and reading materials for any guests' pleasure. The well-equipped kitchen features two dishwashers, a double oven, a Keurig, a coffee pot, counter seating for 3 and more. For more seating, there are two dining tables, the first seating ten and the 2nd seating eight. The outside deck features a HPDE dining table and chairs, as well as plenty of other HPDE seating.

Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

Gas Fireplace is not available for guest use.

Booking: After booking, you will receive an email with instructions to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your online payment within 3 days, to avoid cancellation. During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. We offer optional travel insurance as well as other optional fees that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. *Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 3 days to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.

Nice size and bedroom space for large family gathering. Convenient pool in back of house and gated nicely for young families. Distance to beach can be challenging with young ones.

We had a great time at this house! We had 15 adults/teens comfortably. The house was clean and the kitchen was well-stocked. The pool and hot tub were great. It was a short walk to the beach access point. It advertised a lift and we actually never saw the lift or saw the lift instructions until after we had unloaded. That would have been nice to have beforehand but would rent this house again for sure!

This is a beautiful home in a very nice community. The kids were able to ride bikes around each day, the beach access is a short walk or you can drive a few mins to the parking lot with bathrooms and the community pool. The home fit our 3 families comfortably. We loved the hot tub pavilion, large outdoor shower, and enjoyed playing games on the decks as well. This is a lovely house with updated decor, and all the comforts of home. The owners have thought of everything you could possibly need!

We also had a family of 17 with little ones and found the property to be excellent. Furnishings and supplies were better than some of the previous 6 houses that we have rented in Corolla. We did not find anything that was lacking. Great, prompt response by Brindley staff with a couple of very minor issues. First time in Ocean Hill proved to be a very positive experience.
