Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

This home does not offer a land line telephone.

Booking: After booking, you will receive an email with instructions to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your online payment within 3 days, to avoid cancellation. During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. We offer optional travel insurance as well as other optional fees that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. *Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 3 days to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.

The beach house is ideally situated with access to the beach a few yards away, offering stunning ocean views and a peaceful atmosphere. The house itself is spacious and well-maintained, with comfortable furnishings and all necessary amenities provided. The bedrooms are cozy, and the living areas are perfect for relaxation. It includes essential amenities such as a fully equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and outdoor seating areas, hot tub and pool. The cleanliness of the beach house was great, which added to the overall comfort of our stay. The host was responsive and accommodating, ensuring our needs were met promptly. Our experience at the beach house was fantastic, providing a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and natural beauty.

We have been coming to OBX for years and years. We have had so many different houses throughout those times. Some have been great, some....not so great :). But Fox's Beach Paradise was by FAR our favorite house. The location, the yard, the available parking, the cleanliness... everything. Everyone that was there could not get over how perfect this house was for our family. I can't wait to come back again next year! Thank you to the owners for sending us the most lovely gift basket. We felt spoiled! Back to reality in gloomy Pittsburgh :(

Perfectly Located and Well Equipped!

This house is spotlessly clean, perfectly located and well equipped. This year it has new paint, a new bed and new carpet among other updates. It is a wonderful place to take your dog. We won't hesitate to return.

The amenities were appreciated, including the relaxing pool and hot tub, the heavy Adirondack chairs on the front deck to catch rays and watch the sunrise, the screened porch to enjoy the fresh air in all weather, the numerous refrigerators to keep all of our beverages and snacks cool, and the practical luggage racks and hampers in the bedrooms. We hope to return some day.

Great Location, Great House

We had a great stay at the Fox’s Beach Paradise. The layout of the house was perfect and we liked how on the second floor the lounge and the bedrooms could be separated. The house is close to the ocean access, as well as, an access area that was great for walking the dog. There is a lifeguard at the beach access and the kids thought the sandbar during low tide was really neat. As a previous commenter said the pool is shallow (maybe around 3.5 to 4 ft), but we actually found it to be really enjoyable. It was deep enough that you absolutely can swim in it, and because it was more shallow the kids didn’t spend the whole time jumping in and doing cannonballs which was more enjoyable for the adults and toddlers. There are also some really nice built in benches. The screened in porch was super nice, the fan a nice touch, and the tables were perfect for enjoying some blue crabs. Parking was great and we had 4 cars that could leave at anytime without blocking someone else in by backing them up to the house. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and the owners took great care to ensure a nice home.

Our trip to OBX was for my brothers wedding, so we had more than one family staying in the house for the first 3 days. While they were there it was beyond spacious still. There is plenty of seating, both indoors and out. My family really enjoyed our time in the house and were sad that we had to leave. The employees of Brindley Beach did a great job making sure our stay with them was greater than expected. Even-though this house is only semi-oceanfront the views were breath taking. The value of this house was tremendous.
