Some homes offer community privileges at the Sanderling Inn Health Club, please see the individual house page to see if this is included in your rental. (Sanderling rules and regulations apply; guests must be 18 or older to use the health club facility)

Sanderling Community Restrictions

  • Motorbikes, ATVs, Golf Carts and motor homes/campers are prohibited and may not be parked or stored in the community.
  • Jet skis and wave runners may not be used, operated, launched, retrieved, tied up at any dock, moored in the sound or ocean, parked or stored anywhere in the community.
  • Items left on the beach or under/on walkways to beach after sunset are subject to confiscation. Please take all beach gear back to your rental each night.

Pine Island Racquet & Fitness Center  – Usage FEE for family (up to 4 people): *$50/day or $150/week, Usage Fee for individual: *$20/day or $70/week – (*price subject to change), call 252-453-8525 for more information.
