The perfect place to unwind while waiting for your home to be ready for check-in. Also available on checkout day to extend time at the beach and let the traffic dissipate.

This beautiful home sits Soundside on the golf course, overlooking the 4th hole and 5th tee box at the largest pond on the breathtaking Rees Jones champion golf course. Enjoy the private pool and hot tub, or just sit and take in the views of the sound, the ocean and the beautiful scenery in the covered porch. Take advantage of the reduced green fees and priority Tee Times and if needed, take a "Mulligan" on the house. Have your dinners on the screened-in porch right off the dining room; watch a great movie on the 50" plasma TV and sound system in this perfectly decorated home. A fenced-in backyard makes this a safe area for outside fun for you, the kids and dogs.

Ground Level: Outside you'll find a 2 car garage, fenced-in backyard, private pool, hot tub, poolside furniture and outside shower. Inside offers a Recroom with TV/DVD, Double Sleep Sofa and Day Bed, kitchenette and wet bar, full bath and laundry with washer and dryer.

Mid Level: King Master Bedroom with TV, Queen Master Bedroom with TV, Bedroom with 2 Singles and TV, Bedroom with a DuoBunk, Trundle and TV, and a full hall bath. Half bathroom is located on the landing between the mid level and top level.

Top Level: Living room with 50" Plasma TV/DVD, surround sound system, XM radio and gas fireplace, Ship's Watch, kitchen with granite counter tops, gas stove and breakfast bar seating 5, dining room seating 12, and a King Master Bedroom with TV/DVD and deck access.

Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

This property does NOT provide Beach Chairs.

Kilmarlic Golf Club Member This program offers guests a variety of activities that include discounted golf access, wild horse tours, golf lessons, clinics and more! The K Club will also have a full time concierge to assist in planning your activities. Booking: After booking, you will receive an email with instructions to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your online payment within 3 days, to avoid cancellation. During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. We offer optional travel insurance as well as other optional fees that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. *Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 3 days to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.

We are repeat renters for Mulligan and absolutely love it! Our 3 families come to the OBX every year and we are super thrilled to have found a house that is worth coming back to. We come for family time and enjoy nightly meals cooked together. The kitchen is well equipped and big enough for all of our needs. We have also noticed yearly upgrades that the home owners have done and appreciate seeing them care for the rental.

Very large house with a good layout for multiple families. The pool was perfect for small kids and families. Deeper end was only about 5 feet. Location is 15 minute walk to shopping complex, 25 minute walk to beach, 30 minute walk to club house. Would consider renting a golf cart. Trolley service available and will pick up right at driveway but hours and vehicles are limited. It is pet friendly so would not recommend if pet hair bothers you.

Best stay in over 20 years of visiting the Currituck Club. Great view, love the perks such as free rental incentive and a dozen bagels each week from Lighthouse Bagels,. The condo is well equipped!
