Inside you'll find a garage Recroom with a TV, pool table and foosball table, ELEVATOR to all levels, pool cabana bar room with a kitchenette including a sink, ice maker, microwave, beverage fridge, wine fridge, bar with counter seating for 4 and access to decks and the pool area, theater room with big screen TV/DVD, couches and a game table, laundry area with washer and dryer and a half bathroom.

Mid Level: 3 King Master Bedrooms each with a TV, private bathroom and deck access (one with DVD), Master Bedroom with a 2 Bunk Sets, TV/DVD, private bath and deck access, Bedroom with 2 Singles, TV/DVD, deck access and connected semi-private bathroom (shared with den area), and a den with a table seating 6, deck access, kitchenette with full size fridge and microwave and a separate sitting area with TV/DVD/VCR and stereo.

Top Level: Open great room with TV/DVD, gas fireplace and deck access, dining area with seating for 18, large well-equipped kitchen with counter seating for 4, half bathroom and 2 King Master Bedrooms each with TV, deck access and private baths each with a whirlpool bath tub.

Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

Booking: After booking, you will receive an email with instructions to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your online payment within 3 days, to avoid cancellation. During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. We offer optional travel insurance as well as other optional fees that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. *Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 3 days to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.

This home is fabulous! Lots of room and TVs everywhere. The ice machine is a great perk; we never had to buy ice. First home in 26 years to have a crock pot. Kitchen is well stocked even with plastic containers with lids for leftovers. Could use some wooden spoons and maybe replace the bowed frying pans. The giant cookie sheet I would love to have for my own kitchen! The golf carts and bikes were a huge plus. The pool is stained I guess from the trees and at first glance makes you think its dirty but its not. We would definitely consider this home again.
